Who it's for

Independent jewelry makers and boutiques with one location and a small team, selling online, in person or both, and often making pieces to order. DELEA replaces the mix of spreadsheets, separate store builders and paper receipts that small shops usually juggle.

What's included

  • Online store

    Your own storefront on your own web address, in your shop's colours and logo. Shoppers pay by card, by bank transfer or when they pick up, and follow their order on a tracking page.

  • Products and inventory

    Products with metal type, photos and stock counts. Raw materials such as gold, silver and packaging, with low-stock alerts. Made-to-order pieces with personalization, such as engraving.

  • Quotes and invoices

    Quotes and invoices with sales tax, deposits and part payments, refunds, and CSV export for your accountant.

  • In-store sales

    Ring up a sale at the counter, take a deposit on a custom piece, and print a receipt on letter paper or a receipt printer.

  • Customer records

    Retail and wholesale customers, including tax-exempt wholesale accounts with their resale certificate number, discount and payment terms.

  • Expenses and dashboard

    Expenses with tax-deductible flags, and a dashboard of sales, sales tax and profit for the month and the year.

  • Order emails

    Emails to your customers when an order is received, paid and shipped (with the carrier and tracking number), and alerts to you.

  • Team access

    Separate access for the owner, staff, and your accountant, who can read but not change anything.

How payments work

Each shop connects its own Stripe account. Its customers pay the shop directly: card payments go into the shop's own Stripe account, under the shop's own agreement with Stripe.

DELEA takes no cut of your sales. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach DELEA.

How DELEA is billed

A one-time setup fee, then a monthly subscription. Amounts depend on your shop and are given on request.
