Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers the fees businesses pay Orchestrator Lab LLC for DELEA.

Setup fee

The one-time setup fee is refunded in full if you cancel before we start setting up your shop. We tell you by email when setup work starts. From then on, the setup fee can't be refunded.

Monthly subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and DELEA keeps working until then. We don't refund partial months.

How to cancel

Email support@deleajewelry.com from the shop owner's email address. We confirm by email and tell you the date your access ends.

Billing mistakes

If we charge you the wrong amount or charge you twice, tell us and we will refund the difference.

Your data after cancellation

We keep your shop's data for 30 days after your access ends so you can ask for a copy, then delete it, except for records the law requires us to keep.

Purchases from a shop

DELEA doesn't sell jewelry. If you bought something from a shop that uses DELEA, returns and refunds are handled by that shop under its own policy. Please contact the shop.
